Job Description

Install, configure, tuning and troubleshooting database systems in both on-premise and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure), such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, the No-SQL database, such as the Hadoop system

As the Senior Database Specialist Responsible for the SQL and Oracle databases operated at TISCOM in the CGTest domain

Experience with SQL and database technologies

Write test plans with the ability to ensure proper coverage, and perform risk based regression testing

Participate in the business requirements and software development life cycles as they relate to testing activities

Ability to work as a team and be comfortable working with ambiguity

Evaluates, configures, or administers DBMS products to match user requirements with system capabilities

Plans and coordinates conversion and migration of existing (or legacy) databases to state of the art DBMSes experts in large and complex information technology systems implementation

Can apply expertise across multiple information technology platforms and in the integration of diverse architectures
