Job Description

Monitor, maintain, and optimize MongoDB databases to ensure their performance, availability, and security. · Perform database administration tasks, such as database installation, configuration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and security, to ensure database requirements are met and best practices are followed. · Review and analyze database designs and recommend improvements for optimal performance and scalability. · Develop and implement database security measures, such as access controls, authentication, and encryption, to protect data integrity and confidentiality. · Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues, and proactively identify and resolve database-related incidents and problems. · Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to MongoDB and NoSQL databases, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
