Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
•    Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction. Work closely with the Product Owner to enable them to elaborate user stories with acceptance criteria and scenarios.
•    Enable the team to self-organize by teaching planning, stand-up and demo ceremonies for the team.
•    Coach the team in how to manage an overall release plan, velocity forecast with agile metrics
•    Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
•    Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
•    Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
•    Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
•    Support the product owner and provide education where needed

Qualifications (Required):
•    Bachelor's and/or master’s Degree in computer science or related field or relevant IT experience
•    7+ years scrum master experience.
•    Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
•    Experience with successful Agile techniques
•    Ability to work with and lead a team
