Technical Product manager/ Technical product owner:
Experience level - 8+ yrs of experience 
  • Conduct workshops with architects, DevOps, developers, scrum masters and testers to align on requirement and design
  • Conduct workshops with different native values streams to align on one T-Mobile guidance and align T-Mobile value streams to T-Mobile standards
  • TPO’s will lead the user story grooming meetings with the development team and will sequence user stories based on value to customer, criticality and timeline
  • TPO’s will work at the intersection of business and technical teams to ensure the right people have what they need to keep the product development process moving well, and status updates are provided the customers/business and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to define and maintain the roadmap for the product. 
  • Participate in PI planning and apply priority in tools like JIRA, JIRA Align
  • TPO’s are expected to anticipate challenges and hurdles that team should be aware of so they can effectively mitigate them.
  • Lead and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and other ceremonies required by Scrum methodologies
  • Lead business acceptance activities in test and production environments validating the product behavior meets the expectations of the business stakeholders
  • Strong Knowledge of project/IT life-cycle using Agile methodology
  • Understand End to End Solution architecture relational database design and modeling SOAP/XML, RESTFUL/JSON schema and micro services design
  • Understanding of swagger principles, API design, postman etc.
  • Work on PCI, PII and security related requirements
  • Write SQL scripts to find corroborating data from application database
  • Facilitate sign-off from business stakeholders on functional user stories and business acceptance criteria
  • Designing interactions between native applications and various domains like billing, finance etc. through API calls including mapping sheets
  • Help resolve conflicts and differences of opinion with the intent of maintaining and strengthening working relationships among stakeholders and team members
  • Creating and bench-marking sequence diagrams against T-Mobile standards using PLANT UML to define service interaction between the systems
  • Provide inputs to the architecture team through framework analysis, design patterns, prototype specifications, create high-level design specification.
