Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (Exempt)

Role: 

The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing a range of financial support to the growth and effective management of and its various business units. The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for the budgeting and cost management including cost allocations, financial analysis and reporting for corporate functions and completing ad hoc financial analysis. The role requires the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, extreme attention to detail, and consistently accurate, high quality financial analyses.  The role has good exposure within the business for strong contributors.

 

Duties:

 

Conduct analyses and reporting for corporate functions including monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, pipeline analysis, and graphical summaries of business unit performance.

Conduct annual budgeting process.

Corporate functions planning and forecasting as part of annual corporate-wide planning processes.

Develop predictive financial models for various business units.

Support existing financial reporting processes as well as develop new financial reporting as applicable.

Other ad-hoc financial analysis.

Support initiatives targeted at financial processes improvement and the implementation of changes to achieve efficiencies and the company’s objectives.

The Company may require you to carry out other duties from time to time

 

Skills and Experience Required: 

 

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Finance/FP&A function.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance preferred.

Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments, and debt instruments.

Team-player with the ability to communicate and coordinate across multiple parties.

High proficiency in advanced computer software skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.

Strong problem-solving skills and capability to take on challenges.

Works with high-level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work against deadlines and in pressurized situations and prioritizing workload.

Eye for process development and improvement.

Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Deep expertise in accounting principles.
