Responsibilities:

 

• Excellent employment opportunity for a Distribution Specialist – I in the Foster City, CA area.
• Performs basic administrative and/or physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of company products/inventory, following detailed instructions and with guidance as needed from supervisor.
• Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods. 
• Builds, prepares and stages outbound deliveries of orders for external customers
• Adheres consistently to SOPs and cGMPs.
• Escalates deviations in process or product to supervisor, to ensure on-time delivery of material and return of rejected or unsuitable orders.

 

Experience:

 

• High School Diploma and 1-2 years related experience.
