Job Summary

Our client are in search of a head of product development that comes from companies like Boston Consulting/ Bain & Company/ McKinsey (Harvard, Yale, MIT graduates) who have experience in product development either as a director or executive. Our client are planning to go global with theVC funding we have and want to bring senior executives that are driven for success. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • We prepare kids of the age of 6-14 years for the new world. Here kids learn fundamentals of coding logic, structure, sequence, and algorithms thinking- to generate creative outcomes like animations and applications. 
  • Global Product Head will be responsible for Complete end-to-end product design for web-based Ed-Tech Platform with blockbuster in-market results going from Minimum Viable product Design (MVP) to scaled product.
  • Lead complexity of creating a platform that should be absolutely delightful for kids 6-14 while delivering perceived academic value to parents.
  • Define the product strategy, develop, and identify the key measures of success, set expectations with all relevant stakeholders, and effectively prioritize across initiatives, teams, and functions.
  • Define clear product requirements, wireframes for high level flows, launch and operational plans.

Qualification/Skills:

  • 12 plus years of experience in a product management role, preferably in a SaaS/ B2C environment, and 5 plus years of experience in product leadership
  • The ability to work collaboratively, especially with Engineering, Implementation and Operations teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction or related discipline, Master’s preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; poise and composure with clients and their customers/end-users
  • Have strong detail orientation—the product will have inter-dependent flows on both front-end as well as teacher/admin/ops back-end
  • The ability to work collaboratively, especially with Engineering, Implementation and Operations teams
