Job Title:                                                             Senior Technical Support with HVAC & BAS

Job description:
•    2-4 Years of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) experience
•    2-4 Years of Building Automation System (BAS) experience
•    2-4 Years of Technical Support experience
•    Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
•    High School diploma or equivalent required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned):
•    Level 2 remote technical support.
•    Provide remote support to contractors during install/service.
•    Review submittals and briefs for the support team.
•    Validate schematics and sequence of operations.
•    Create support material and documentation.
•    Become an expert on Client products and solutions.
•    Analyze data points to determine mechanical, hardware, and software failure.
•    Create detailed service tickets and track to their resolution.
•    Process service tickets to ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner and within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and that the communication documented within tickets is complete.
•    Remotely configure Client systems to optimize performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (cont’d):
•    Perform project management roles; keeping tabs on all in-field service and installations, helping coordinate service visits.
•    Bring fresh ideas to continue to improve our support department.
•    Some on-call work after hours.
•    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to successfully complete each essential duty.

Other Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:
•    Strong mechanical aptitude required; mechanical HVAC experience preferred.
•    Ability to understand HVAC and lighting control systems required.
•    Remote customer service experience.
•    Proven track record of working with customers via telephone to build relationships and positive outcomes.
•    Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to learn new applications quickly.
•    Effective written and verbal communications and strong comprehension.
•    Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder.
•    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
•    Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70%
