● Statistical forecasting
● Product allocation and Global Available to promise (GATP) customization and enhancement
● Supply Management
● Product allocation supply and demand rules based on IBP Response
● Inventory Optimization based on IBP tool
● Current Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and potential enhancements
● Potential new KPIs to support the Management and Operations level execution
● Current S&OP processes to forecast data.
