•    Experience testing complex multi-tiered web-based systems and complex data-driven applications

•    Identify, plan and execute testing activities in Agile/Scrum environment to ensure high quality software delivered.

•    Experience on testing Web Applications, Mobile applications testing, Mobile devices/handset testing and devices/product testing.  

•    Create and maintain test plans, test cases and test summaries.

•    Design and execute manual and automated test cases/scripts. Manage test data and perform data analysis.

•    Define, maintain and organize input and output data.

•    Communicate QA risks, milestones, and status to the Scrum Master, QA lead or Project Manager.

•    Review and verify functional and system requirements to ensure project deliverables pass QA criteria. Provide work estimates for testing activities.

•    Assist in the setup and maintenance of QA test environment and tools.

•    Collect and report on quality statistics and metrics. 

•    Record and monitor discovered defects and QA related issues.

•    Participate in quality related discussions.

•    Onshore /Offshore Coordination

•    Promote continuous improvement.

•    Improve test cycle during Sprints through the use of testing tools.

•    Test Management tool proficiency on ALM, JIRA, Confluence.

•    Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external Clients; ability to effectively work with any coworker within the team or division;

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
