Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent, required.
5+ years’ experience in sales, service and marketing administrations in Salesforce.com or other equivalent CRM applications, required.
3-5 years’ experience in developing third party interfaces, required.
Salesforce.com Certification (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II), required
Advanced knowledge/proficiency with operational support using Salesforce.com or other equivalent CRM applications, required.
Advanced knowledge/proficiency of salesforce.com, APIs, interfaces and complex reports, required.
Advanced knowledge/proficiency in software development and/or object-oriented programming, with a preference for APEX proficiency, required.
Intermediate knowledge/proficiency Working Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud, required.
Advanced knowledge/proficiency and development experience with Salesforce.com, New Voice Media
