ServiceNow Portals for Agent and Associates
Complexity: medium
• Agent is high priority with direct external customer (agent) digital experience
o Funding and business outcomes are through the Digital Workplace BSA, aligned with their portal strategy
o Majority of work is being completed by a vendor, NewRocket (based out of California)
o Effort timeframe: March – June, 2021

• Associate portal is also high priority with direct internal customer experience
o Funding and business outcomes are through Technology Enablement BSA, aligned with portal strategy
o Majority of work is being completed by a vendor, NewRocket (based out of California)
o Effort timeframe: May – Aug/Sep, 2021
