Job Skill set

Work with all key stakeholders, including business owners, delivery managers, data and solution architects, developers, quality assurance and external resources as required to define the data requirements and user acceptance criteria for RB’s EDW & Data Analytics solutions.

Work closely with business partners to capture requirements in the form of Epics & Stories for our Data Solutions

Work closely with delivery team members to ensure requirements are translated accurately into working functional and technical designs, and test plans. 

Ability to use SQL to query data for the purposes of fulfilling Product Owner responsibilities

Work with delivery team to provide effort estimation, planning and scheduling delivery.

Define scope and prioritize work items, assigning work items to agile teams on established sprint cadence basis; monitor and control sprint scope execution in close collaboration with Team Lead.

Track and manage requirements throughout a story’s lifecycle, from clarification during implementation, through to quality assurance and user acceptance testing, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeliness requirements. 

Dive deep into problem areas, and provide support to the delivery team to resolve those problems.

Where gaps arise between business requirements and deliverables, work with business stakeholders and delivery team to identify root cause and resolution

 

Will be a plus

Hands-on experience of implementing traditional data warehouse using industry standard data-warehousing methodologies like Kimball, Inmon etc

Will be the Product Owner for the workstream and be the owner for all requirements. 

Work closely with business partners to capture requirements in the form of Epics & Stories for our Data Solutions

Will be responsible for prioritizing the Product Backlog

Work closely with delivery team members to ensure requirements are translated accurately into working functional and technical designs, and test plans.
