Position: Marketing Automation Senior Associate -3973

Duration: 4 months

Location: Remote or Texas


Job Title: Manager, Marketing Automation.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology

• Well-versed in project management frameworks and tools (e.g., RACI, project charters, project plans, Agile Delivery)

• Strong knowledge of Marketing technologies, especially Marketo, MRM, CMS, DAM and BI

• Lean Process Improvement (LPI): conducting and implementing.


• Strong verbal and written communications

• Technical acumen and understanding of leading marketing tools, platforms and Agile ways of working

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

• Cross-functional and multi-phased project management skills Competencies

• Defines process optimization/automation opportunities.

• Oversee process improvement of marketing operational processes to measure operational performance, investment efficacy and identify opportunities for efficiencies / automation.

• Own MAP Program Templates, Email Templates, LP Templates, Reporting Structures, and Program build and tracking standards.

• Manages design and maintenance of lead management processes and workflows,

• Identifies efficiencies, where possible, to automate the execution of small and regular/repeated marketing activities.

• Lead the process enablement of agile ways of working and operating rhythms.

• Manage and maintain governance processes relating to appropriate certification(s) held by SVB personnel and partner.

• Develop plan and manage the projects for process design of marketing processes

• Provide expertise and consultation to Process Engineers in process re-engineering efforts

• Manage the analysis business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business processes and workflow

• Review and approve plan/proposals for delivery of the process improvement recommendations produced by Process Engineers

• Lead the process enablement of agile ways of working and operating rhythms

• Develops and maintains performance metrics to establish process success. Reviews data post- implementation to measure outcomes and impacts. May develop recommendations to minimize impacts.

• Define an approach and plan where/how to automate the intake and prioritization process

• Lead Process Engineers to develop best in class marketing processes

• In partnership with digital leaders and other internal constituents, build out a rules- based engine for communications designed to maximize overall client experience
