Position : Product Owner/ Product Analyst-3971
Location : Tasman, CA or Tempe, AZ.
Duration : 6 Months
There are two openings for this role. The Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) ‘Payments’ Product Owner/Product Analyst is an Individual Contributor SME role that works with Financial Crimes (Fraud, Sanctions, KYC, AML), Payments & Channels Teams and a wide range of cross-functional teams to ensure projects and initiatives meet their stated objectives on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include,
o Lead and Manage the overall coordination, status reporting and stability for the business side of project-oriented work efforts as Financial Crimes ‘Payments’ Product Owner/Product Analyst
o Lead from the Business side the project team with thorough E2E Financial Crimes domain knowledge (KYC, Sanctions, AML, Fraud), Payments & Channels Product Knowledge and Systems Impact expertise o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet stated objectives.
o Expertise to understand the existing Payment Flows with respect to Financial Crimes Systems and identify the impact due to new/change in Payment Flows.
o Draft impact analysis taking into consideration KYC, Sanctions, AML, Fraud, Compliance, Payments and data elements.
o Experience working in Core Banking Systems, Payment Systems, Middleware and Transaction Screening Systems.
o Demonstrate prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital and cross-channel payment experiences and ideally have exposure to key elements of systems integration and understanding of payments systems both domestic and international.
o Deep understanding of Commercial Banking operations is a must (e.g. key operating models, processes, and practices)
o Identify and define current ‘As-Is’ processes and ‘To-Be’ processes, Conduct gap analysis, Analyze requirements and deliver various Project artifacts: User stories/Backlog/BRDS, Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, User persona, Visio screen mock-ups, Interface designs, Data Mapping and other functional configuration documentations, Conduct JAD sessions.
o Document and Execute E2E UAT Test cases and Test scripts that covers Domestic & International Payment Types & Channels.
o Design and implement effective change management strategies and plans that include the communication strategy, education and training approach, resistance to change, sustaining change after implementation, measuring expected benefits and ROI.
o Configure and draft Business Architecture diagrams & workflows
Skills and Requirements:
o Business Systems Analysis experience in Agile framework
o Worked as Product Owner/Product Analyst in Financial Crimes domain or Payments domain
o Hands on experience in drafting Map & Gap analysis, Workflows & Wireframes, User Stories/Business Requirements, Acceptance Criteria, UAT, Data Mapping, Deployment plan, Business Roll Back plan, Change Management, Training.
o Experience in both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
o Experience in drafting backlogs, PI & sprint planning, burn down & burn up metrics, KPIs. o Technical knowledge, Systems & Tools
o Advanced knowledge in Jira, Confluence, OFSAA, Fircosoft Accuity, Bottomline, SAS AML alert engine, LexisNexis, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Outlook, SQL, Data Warehousing, OBIEE, Reporting, SharePoint, Pivot Charts, Pivot Tables.
o Experience in leading payment products i.e. ACH, Wires, Checks, SWIFT, P2C, Real Time Payments etc.
o Other Requirements
o Flexibility to work in global time zones to support international business stakeholders and project team
o Ability to multi-task within a pressed timeframe is required.
o Strong presentations and communication skills that includes verbal, written, active listening
o Should have 8+ years of professional experience in Payments, Financial Crimes and Business Systems Analysis space.
o Bachelor’s Degree required
