Program Manager

Job Requirement below:

1. 10+ years of Program Management experience leading large enterprise programs with budgets over $2M.  Experience of 3+ years as a Scrum Master running tech teams.

2. Director level candidate with polished communication and able to manage a diverse set of stakeholder groups from developers thru VPs.

3) Retail experience preferred. Have to be an engineer or product manager in their early career.

4) Local Oregon candidates preferred but not a must.

5) high emotional intelligence to navigate political landscape

6) Experience in SafE agile methodology , Planview, Clarity and Aha!  is plus

8) Extensive retail experience 5+ years in must

9) Mobile worked on mobile application development
